Why Membership?

Attending a church is great, but the Bible calls Christian disciples to committed, public unity with one another. Membership (based on 1 Corinthians 12) is the foundational way we move toward that reality. Learn more about the benefits and necessity of membership here. 

Christ called believers (and their children) to enter into this relationship through the sacrament of baptism. For those who have already been baptized, membership can be transferred and made public by a reaffirmation of our commitment to Christ and His church.

How Do I Become a Member at CtK?

1. Sign up for our virtual Membership Class by registering for this event, and you'll receive an email with videos to watch and a link to fill out a membership form. (If you prefer an in-person class, email James. We offer those quarterly.

2. Once you watch the videos and fill out the membership form, we will connect you with an elder to have a membership interview.

3. After you have the membership interview, we'll schedule a time for you to take membership vows on a Sunday morning at CtK.
